Every NovusOris item is made to order just for you, so delivery time = production time + shipping time.
1. Production time
- Apparel (jerseys, hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, jackets, caps): 5–7 business days.
- Custom sneakers (Air Force 1, Air Jordan 1 styles): 10–15 business days.
- Peak seasons (holidays, big sales): production may take a few extra days. If your order is delayed, we will email you right away.
2. Shipping time (after production)
- United States: 6–12 business days.
- Europe: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 9–20 business days.
Total delivery time to the US is about 11–19 business days for apparel.
3. Shipping rates (United States)
- Standard shipping: $5.99 per item.
- Free shipping on orders over $100.

We want you to love your gear. If something is not right, we will help.
1. Order changes & cancellations
- You can change the size, color or shipping address, or cancel your order, within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours your item is in production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
2. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
- If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or in the wrong design, size or color, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We will send a free replacement. In most cases you do not need to send the original back.
3. Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Once approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the money to appear in your account.

- Colors may look slightly different on screen than in person.
- We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost or returned because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- Discount codes cannot be added to orders already placed or combined in one order.
